Postage and Returns

All goods will be despatched through Australia Post once an order is received and payment made. Items will be sent within 3 working days providing stock is available.

Postage and Handling charges are added after you have finished shopping and will be shown separately.

Postage in Australia is now a flat rate of $10

Returns policy

Payments and Currency

Payments are in Australian Dollars and converted to your local currency by the credit provider. Amounts in foreign currency may vary slightly depending on the fees charged and exchange rates used by the credit provider.

Additional costs

In Australia there are no additional charges, however overseas customers may be liable for import duty. You should check with your local customs office. Any duty payable is the obligation of the customer and not Petal Back Clothing.

Delivery Times

Within Australia, once despatched, goods will normally take 3-5 business days depending upon your location. For overseas customers, allow approximately 6-10 business days after despatch.
